Refund policy

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:
Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items are also not refundable. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 
  1. You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange (domestic and international).
  2. We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if the size is wrong.
  3. We do not cover any costs to return items.
  4. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
  5. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.
  6. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
  7. Please email us at info@steveninjewellery.com for the return address. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
  8. Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.
  9. For International Returns: When labelling the customs form please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to Stevenin Jewellery LTD will be subtracted from your refund amount, if this is not done.
Please note: If returning whole large orders we will subtract £5 from your refund due to packaging costs.
