Our delivery costs (Royal Mail):

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days:

  • Free shipping over £95
    (2-5 working days, tracked)
  • Standard UK Shipping: £3.95
    (2-5 working days, tracked)
  • 1st Class: £5.10
    (1-2 working days. Order must be placed by 12pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, we will ship it on the next Monday)
    • UK Next Day Guaranteed by 12pm: £8.99
      (order before 12pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)

    Europe:

    • Tracked & signed: £8.99
      (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)

    International:

    • Tracked & signed: £13.99
      (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)

     

    For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.

    What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

    If you or no one else is not at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office.

    If you have ordered Next Day Delivery then you will receive a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery. 

     

    What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

    If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, pop over an email to info@steveninjewellery.com

    RETURNS

        • Send an email to info@steveninjewellery.com and we'll inform you on how to return your item.
        • You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
        • We don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item.
        • We don't refund the shipping cost of your order
        • All jewellery is refundable except earrings due to hygiene reasons.
        • Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. 
        • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to info@steveninjewellery.com
        • If your jewellery piece is faulty (e.g. a colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewellery only once.
        • If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
